The Dashboard screen is
used to display charts that summarize data related to the Digital module.
You can filter by time range to view system data statistics within the selected period.
All Contracts: Summarizes
the total number of Contracts created that have an effective date within the
filtered time range.
In Review: Summarizes the
total number of Contracts with the status In Review and an effective date
within the filtered time range.
Pending: Summarizes the
total number of Contracts with the status Pending and an effective date within
the filtered time range.
Active: Summarizes the
total number of Contracts with the status Active and an effective date within
the filtered time range.
Expired: Summarizes the
total number of Contracts with the status Expired and an effective date within
the filtered time range.
Cancelled: Summarizes the
total number of Contracts with the status Cancelled and an effective date
within the filtered time range.
Signed: Summarizes the total number of Contracts that are Signed and have an effective date within the filtered time range.
Daily Contract Count Chart: Used to summarize the number of Contracts created each day.
Active Contract over Time Chart: Used to summarize the number of Contracts with an effective date within the filtered time range.
Contracts are due to
expire: Used to summarize the number of Contracts approaching their expiration
date (at least 3 days away).
Contracts Approaching
approval dealine: Used to summarize the number of Contracts approaching their
approval deadline (at least 3 days away).
Average approval time:
Used to summarize the average approval time (in hours) for Contracts that have
been approved.
Contract by Status Chart:
Summarizes the number of Contracts by Status.
Active Contract by Department Chart: Used to summarize the number of active Contracts by Department.
Contracts Report by
Employee: Summarizes the number of Contracts created by employee.
Contracts Report by Type:
Summarizes the number of Contracts by Contract type.
Contracts Value by
Department: Summarizes the number of Contracts and the Contract value by
Department.
Contracts Value by
Entities: Summarizes the number of Contracts and the Contract value by
Entities.
